very clean venue, extremely good location within 24 minutes' drive of afonso pena airport. we got economy queen suite and liked it. the restaurant was located within 800 feet. moreover, there was free wi-fi!

We enjoyed exploring the city without having to travel too far. the room and bathroom were spotless with all necessary amenities. Staff was always welcoming and accommodating, and breakfast was great.

There was a slight delay when ordering room service.

Our stay at Terrazas was exceptional. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a TV. The staff were friendly and always ready to offer advice. The included breakfast was great and set us up for the day well. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip. It was close to the main transportation hub, making it easy to move around. the breakfast had a good variety of options, and the coffee was excellent. the room was cleaned daily, and the housekeeping staff was polite.

The wifi was terrible. It was frustrating trying to get any work done online, and I had to resort to using my mobile data.
